Cheyne works to attract investment into the information and
communications technology (ICT) sector and New Zealand's venture
capital and private equity markets.
Background and expertise
Cheyne comes from a technology and manufacturing background in
the private sector. He has worked for New Zealand Trade and
Enterprise (NZTE) since January 2005 and joined our Investment team
in April 2007.
Cheyne formed his own web development company before moving on
to various management and business development roles within small
to medium sized New Zealand companies. He is experienced in
business development, sales and marketing, web development and new
media.
