The difference between AFT and many other pharmaceutical companies is that it develops and registers combinations of already registered drugs.

In 2009 AFT launched their lead drug Maxigesic which is the world's first new generation analgesic that combines ibuprofen and paracetamol, resulting in 32 percent more pain relief than paracetamol alone. AFT has a portfolio of more than 40 products covering dermatology, allergy, fever and pain relief, mineral supplements, osteoarthritis treatment, cold and flu treatment and eye drops.

With licensed products already in Southeast Asia, AFT is currently seeking licensees in several Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian, European and North American markets for selected products.
